Booked a load for a carrier with this broker and .75 hr prior to his pick up appointment broker cancels and says the truck has to be empty 1-2 hours before scheduled pickup delivery. Carrier was literally in the dock next door and was empty and at the shipper 1/2 hr prior to his pickup appointment. Very unprofessional and clearly not very knowledgeable or considerate of the industry or carriers.

Should the driver pay $200 in cash from his own pocket just to be loaded?
We wish to file an inconvenience claim against Prime Inc Logistics in order to warn you that it is not a trustworthy company to work with.
This company complaints the carriers without reason instead of helping them.
New Prime Inc composed a claim against our company at the https://www.carrier411.com/freightguard.cfm without a reason
and undermined our reputation concerning cooperation with other companies.
Our driver arrive at the shipper by appointment without being late. Instead of being loaded, driver was told to pay $200 in cash.
Driver called the broker and asked him to help with figuring out the problem, but the broker didn't even try to help the driver,
he simply canceled the load, accused the driver and complained our company as an awful carrier without any explanation.
So, this is a company that is not interested in the honest cooperation.
Please, be careful with working with them. Be attentive and protect yourself from receiving baseless accusations and claims.

Terrible customer service. We worked with these guys once and will not be doing it again. I can see now why they have a 2.0 rating.
We provided service for one of their shipments, and they would not reimburse for 3 hours of detention. When we confronted them, Nathaniel Shultz the account rep got belligerent and told us to basically screw off. Well, I hope whoever reads this doesn't call these guys for ANY transportation services. Call me instead, I'll take care of you in ways these guys could only dream of.

This Company is by far the worst. We booked a shipment with them and when we got to the shipper the load was not ready. Called Alexa but she says we are incorrect and to wait there, after waiting hours with no response from Alexa and the shipper stating there is no load for us we left and told them we need a TONU. They ignored us and the next day gave us a FG on Carrier 411. I responded and Alexa told me to remove my response or she would give me another FG and I have it in writing. Alexa gave my company another FG today when no one has contacted Alexa or DELTA since the first misunderstanding. I will now proceed with legal power for the damages they have caused me.

Was treated horribly by this Broker after confirming on a load. Unfortunately, I don't think the Broker realized what she was doing being more concerned with booking a carrier for her clients needs. My Driver who was scheduled to pick this load up received a call from his wife and had to cancel due to unforseen circumstances, its life we cant plan for everything.
I thought the broker would have understood. I took the time out while I am on the phone with the excited driver about the news, I write a email explaining the situation.
She calls me back and I answer, To have her belittle and talk to me as if we know eachother, was completely unprofessional. She used profanity and said "This all sounds like bullshit"?
How dare her use this language with a potential customer.
This needs to be rectified immediately, I would hate for her to speak to someone else in this manner at all, Its a really negative perspective on your company based off of 1 rotten apple.

This company double books loads. We booked a load with them from TX to GA, 12 minutes after booking we are seeing they are posting the same load again, they are looking for a cheaper option. Avoid this company, thank me later.

Picked up a load for magellin that was "ready now".When i get there the shipper tells me they told they it was scheduled for the next day.I waited and they loaded me that night.The second pick was also sceduled for the same day a couple hundred miles away.Broker told me that it could be picked up first thing in the moning,another lie.got loaded in the afternoon and off i got to ga to deliver.Good thing i got there early as the delivery time on the load was and hour after the guard said my appointment time was.Called at 4am for lumper and surprise no answer.I paid it so i could go home.Get emails everyday for pods.REply and try to call the lady that emailed me to ask if she didn't get them.No answer and when i called they told me she was off for the week.Finally got it figured it out the next week.Broker told me they had quickpay but it turns out that that's only if you have hauled three loads for them so 30 day pay.Get the check and it's short payed.Didfn't pay for the layover or the lumper.I called today and talked to a lady in accounting and she transfered me to a manager hank was his name.When trying to explain to him what happened he just kept trying to talk over me and when i raised my voice he just said fine and hung up.I wouldn't haul another load for them.He said the lumper had to be in within 24 hours in order to be paid.My wife is a broker and i asked her if she could bill her customer without pods and she said no hank says otherwise.Looked up their reviews and it's more of the same.Be careful hauling for magellan or better yet don't haul for them.

When you take a load from them make sure it's eligible for quickpay.The want you to use their app and will find any reason to not quickpay you.After i delivered the load their accounting dept tells me this load is not eligible for quickpay and is a 40 day pay.Last load i will ever haul for them.
Booked load and for 1 hour was told that we are good. I asked multiple times if load is good and was told yes. During booking i was told your not set up with our company and I stated that we are set up. I booked a load 2 days ago and we are on the load picking up today. She said ok. Then over a hour i am emailing asking if the load is good and I am told yes. (i believe even asked to get set up one more time) and then 1 hr later told Can not use you have 3 freight guards. I try to explain we are set up and on a load for you right now and just the same thing repeated.
I then call to clear up and get someone saying she's busy...I ask for manager I tell him listen i cant play games here if your doing this after 1 hour then obviously my other load is at risk and I will have to cancel the other one. I get told Go ahead we will just put another freight guard on you.
This is why brokers need to be held to the same standards that trucking companies and carriers are. Fight on and DONT USE THESE PEOPLE.
Do not use this broker at any price. The loads are not as described and they do not pay TONU!

I called this broker to get a load going from IL-CA. He was rude and sounded like he hated his job from the moment he said "This is Trekker," or something along those lines.
I understand you're in a hurry to cover a last minute load, but there is no excuse for hanging up on a carrier calling on an available load. I called back and they picked up and hung up right away. This type of behavior should not be tolerated. This is trucking, and we should all work together to keep this a respectable industry.

Unethical practices post loads on the load board at 1 price and when you call to book that load for that price. Daniel Marquez will lie and give you an cheaper price. Once you catch them in the lie. They will make it seem as though it's another load with more stops. To justify the lower price when I have someone else to call and verify and the load did not have multiple stops. Daniel Marquez had the nerve to report my carrier after we realized he was just trying to pocket after revenue by lying about the rate.
Will not do any business with Daniel Marquez ever again, Unless he stop trying to rip drivers off. I have been in this business over 20 years. Never had a bad report with any broker.
Load canceled in Acworth, GA after we already got to pick up
IM GOING TO KEEP THIS REVIEW SHORT AND TO THE POINT. MY COMPANY DID A TRIP FOR THIS COMPANY IN SEP 4 2021. JOB WAS COMPLETED AND IT WAS A ON TIME DELIVERY. WHAT THAT BEING SAID THEY REFUSE TO PAY. FIRST THE EMAIL THAT WAS ON THE RATE CON WAS WRONG THEN IT WAS OH WE DIDN'T RECEIVE ALL THE PAPERWORK AND WHEN I CALL THEY HANG UP ON ME. I HAVE REPORTED TO DOT AND FMSCA AND THEY ARE CURRENTLY UNDER INVESTIGATION. I ALSO TOOK STEPS TO TAKE THE TO COURT TO NOT ONLY PAY ME WHAT IM OWED BUT ALSO COURT FEES FOR SOMETHING THAT WAS PREVENTABLE. NOW IM NOT SURE IF THIS IS BECAUSE I WAS A NEW CARRIER BUT I ASSURE YOU I'VE BEEN IN THE BUSINESS FOR YEARS I KNOW A BULLSHITTER... LAWYER CALLED SHIP SHIPPER AND THEY CLAIM THE COMPANY WAS ALREADY PAID FOR THIS LOAD. PLEASE IF YOUR READING THIS REVEIW I WOULD RUN AWAY FAST FROM THIS COMPANY DON'T EVEN BOTHER.
Grant Bork is the broker that we have booked a load knowing that the driver is not empty, knowing that he is not at the delivery, i have proof of our conversation in the email saved by the owner of bdn express llc that what Grand Bork did was unprofessional and lies about the agreement on the load, i was told that the driver can pick up the load until 17:00. Just because you are a broker you have no right to complain and lie of hard working people. My company, and my friend’s friend’s that have trucking companies will never use you. I will make sure that your boss is aware of how you treat carries.

This broker will book a load with you and deadhead you 100 miles just to find someone that can cover the load for less and cancels you. Refused to send TONU rate
